Started at the bottom and have moved through all the stages in all different types of venues, most recently with a focus of managing bars at large scale events. I can talk you through anything, having had to hit the ground running, learn the set up myself, then 10 minutes later teach my team, I am adept at it all.

I tend to demonstrate where possible and explain throughout the demonstration, I’m a fan of the see one, do one, teach one concept, I will teach, then supervise, and as soon as you’re confident, I leave. But I have had some that have needed a more specific way, so when it comes to those, I’ll find out from them, which method is preferred and adjust.
