About Anurag
Hello! My name is Anurag Komaragiri and I am a student at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor !
I believe that everyone has the ability to be a great musician, but it can be frustrating at times. Often, you just need someone to believe in you. That’s where I come in.
With my 14+ combined years of experience in pop , jazz , theatre , choral ️, and even in various Indian styles , I can help you become a better singer.
In addition to vocals, I’ve produced over 75 songs, and would love to share my knowledge with you. If you are an aspiring songwriter ️ or producer , I’m your guy!
I know it doesn’t come easy, and that’s why we’ll do this together . I promise to give you the highest degree of patience, and I promise that you will be not my student, but my teammate, as we fight (or dance) with the music and work through them!

Hi! I’m an avid musician who has experience in jazz, choral, pop, theatre, and even Indian music styles! I can guarantee that with the techniques that I’ve acquired over the 14+ years I’ve been singing, you will be a better and more skilled singer than before!
These lessons are for:
- Current beginner to medium level music students, those part of extracurricular ensembles, or even those who just want to have fun :)
Structure:
- Before the lesson, we will find a song for you to learn (depends on your preferred style or needs)
- If you are part of an ensemble and have a piece you have to prepare before a certain time, I will need the sheet music for that piece)
- I expect that if you are capable, you will have learned the song before the lesson
- During the lesson, we will focus on tough spots in the music, vocal techniques, and style based on your genre.
- Some pieces will take longer, but I expect most songs to be good to go within 3 sessions
