Hi, I’m Pooja Rawat – a certified Strength Coach and Nutritionist with over 8 years of experience helping people get leaner, stronger, and more confident in their bodies.

I specialize in fat loss, muscle building, and body recomposition—whether you’re a complete beginner or someone looking to break through a plateau. My coaching combines tailored strength training, science-backed nutrition, and mindset support to help you get sustainable results, not quick fixes.

I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from busy professionals to competitive athletes. My own journey as a bodybuilder and powerlifter gives me an edge in designing programs that are both challenging and effective, no matter your starting point.

  • 1. Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    I specialize in strength training, bodybuilding, and nutrition. My interest in this field grew naturally from my personal fitness journey. Over the years, training and transforming my own body showed me the incredible impact that knowledge, discipline, and the right guidance can have. This passion evolved into a strong desire to help others achieve their own health, fitness, and confidence goals.
  • 2. What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    My main motivation comes from my own experience of how life-changing proper fitness education can be. I was inspired by the mentors and coaches who guided me early in my journey. Teaching allows me to pay it forward - empowering others, helping them build strength not just physically but mentally, and giving them the tools to take control of their health and lives.
  • 3. How does your work help society?

    Health and fitness are the foundation of a better quality of life. Through my work, I help individuals build healthier habits, boost their self-esteem, manage stress, and develop discipline. In a world where lifestyle diseases and mental health challenges are rising, fitness coaching plays an important role in building stronger, happier, and more resilient communities.
  • 4. If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    One of my role models is Dana Linn Bailey. She has shown how strength, hard work, authenticity, and resilience can inspire others, especially women, to pursue strength without fear of judgment. Like her, I believe in breaking stereotypes and encouraging everyone to embrace their own power.
  • 5. Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    Outside of teaching and coaching, I love mindfulness practices like journaling and meditation. I also enjoy traveling, shopping, exploring different cuisines, and spending time at the gym. These hobbies help me maintain balance and bring fresh energy to my work with clients.
  • 6. Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    One of the most rewarding moments in my professional life was helping a client who had almost given up on her fitness journey due to repeated failures. Through personalized coaching and constant support, she not only reached her physical goals but also rediscovered her confidence and self-worth. Witnessing that transformation reminded me why I chose this path - because fitness coaching changes lives far beyond just physical appearances.
