About Astrid
Teaching 272 students over 13 years has shown me that everyone starts as a complete beginner. You might feel overwhelmed by the fretboard, but I break down lead guitar and blues progressions into manageable steps.
My approach covers fingerpicking, power chords, and barre chords to give you a solid foundation. I also emphasize ear training and reading tabs or sheet music to ensure you are a well-rounded player. Providing instruction to those at various skill levels is what I do best. Helping someone finally understand how to navigate the neck correctly is genuinely satisfying.
