About Josh
Was Assistant Head Coach at Narbonne Hogh School
In 13 years as Head Coach we had at least 30 players move on to play NCAA ball
We were always in the League Title hunt, 10 out of 13 years came down to the last game
In 2010 we went to the CIF Finals, first time in school history, lost on last play of game
We won 2 outright League Titles
I've had a Linebacker or Offensive Linemen make All League each year
I've had at least 20 players, almost two a year, that didn't start Varsity until they were Seniors and then became All League Players
It's a process, anything good takes time and lots of patience. But a good work ethic, the ability to learn from failure, and to be open and willing to do what is being asked of you will make you into the player you want to become

My heart goes out to the Big Boys! The Linemen. I don't believe they have the opportunity to get the extra training they need like the other positions do. I also love Teaching Special Teams
