About Jazil
I first bought my acoustic guitar during my IGCSEs, never imagining that young me would become so obsessed with it that I'd constantly drive my parents crazy with my playing! Guitar became one of those rare things in life that you just can't seem to let go of. There's something special about this beautiful instrument that keeps pulling me back to it, no matter what.
Funny enough, my obsession with playing even led to a wrist injury from overplaying once. What an ironic situation indeed. My passion for guitar both frightens and excites me, and I wouldn't trade the journey for anything.
Now, after recovering and returning to music, I'm excited to pass the torch to other students and help them discover the same joy. I want you to experience the excitement of learning your first song, finally getting that chord right, and realising just how much you can do with a guitar.

Starting guitar can feel overwhelming. There are so many chords, techniques, and songs to learn that it's hard to know where to begin. That's where I come in! I'll guide you step by step, help you focus on what matters most, and make sure you can see your own progress along the way.
With over 3 years of playing experience and experience teaching guitar, I understand that everyone learns differently. Unlike a rigid, one-size-fits-all approach, I adapt my lessons to your pace, interests, and goals.
Lessons will be 1 hour, and within the first lesson, you will feel you have already made progress, as you'll learn your first few chords, which we will master within a 2-week period of consistent practice. I'm already excited for the journey that awaits us!

Jazil is really passionate about Psychology and has a great way of explaining concepts simply. He's patient, approachable, and makes learning feel less stressful. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for help with AS-Level Psychology!
His passion for guitar extends beyond his foodiness. I'd never thought he would ever love anything more than yummy food, but here we are. And he shows his passion even in teaching music to others. He and his guitar are one!
