About RUSHIKESH
I’m a 26-year-old Master of Pharmacy graduate from Pune University. My academic journey has equipped me with valuable skills in productivity, time management, and forming strong study habits. Over the years, I’ve developed effective methods for balancing studies with personal relationships and other challenges students face.
I excelled in general knowledge competitions, securing first place in the University of Pune General Knowledge Quiz and representing the university at state and national-level competitions, where I won multiple awards. After clearing the GPAT, I was awarded a fully funded Master’s program by the Government of India, allowing me to pursue my postgraduate studies. My research on diabetic treatment was published in Neuroquantology.
In addition to my Master’s,I am currently pursuing PGDBA from the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, Pune, and a Distance Master of Arts in History from Fergusson College, Pune.
I specialise in helping students aged eighteen to twenty-five build study routines, guaranteeing they can study six to eight hours daily without distractions. I also guide students in managing their health, diet, sleep, and relationships, ensuring a balanced and productive life.

In my classes, I will adopt an interactive question-and-answer approach, ensuring we address the specific problems or challenges you're facing as a college student, especially if you’re aged between 18 to 25. Together, we will work on building better routines, and I will share productivity tips, apps, and real-life hacks that have helped me succeed in my own academic and personal life. My goal is to help you stay focused for longer periods without distractions.
We will cover how to prioritise your tasks, manage your time effectively, and balance your health, spirituality, and personal relationships. The class will be one-on-one, online, and structured to last for one hour. I am committed to making each session practical and engaging, helping you to develop the skills and discipline necessary to thrive both academically and personally.
