About Michael
I have a BS in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon and 3 years of medical experience from OHSU. I have trained and competed at a college level, and coached all ages, while supporting individualized progressions for my players.

Technical skills, decision-making, and diverse movements are proving more valuable than bulk fitness, and I seek to merge these activities into dynamic and supportive training sessions.
