For languages (Hindi and English),I believe from starting we need to focus more on grammr parts, vocabularies and correct pronunciation of words.
Maths and Science, I give more focus on concept and basics understanding. With simple and day to day life example we can make these subjects interesting.
I also use Game-based Learning and Personalized learning methods. Group Discussion and debate also help a lot.
