I engage with each student personally and pay attention to details. I prefer visual learning and fun methods for teaching. However, I also observe the student's way of learning and adapt accordingly. According to me, it is important to highlight the student's strengths while overcoming their weaknesses. I also use worksheets for teaching as it is important for students to write and understand things while learning.
