About Tanisha
With 10 years of experience teaching the Violin to students of all levels, I have had the pleasure of guiding over 150-200 students on their musical journey. My teaching approach centres around **Motivation**, **Accountability**, and **Open-mindedness**, creating a supportive and engaging environment for every student. I believe in setting personalised, achievable goals to keep students inspired, while ensuring they stay disciplined with consistent practice routines. By fostering an open-minded approach, I encourage students to explore their unique musical expression while developing strong technical skills. In addition to teaching Violin, I also offer instruction in Viola, Cello, and Erhu, enriching students’ overall musical understanding. I focus on not only technique but also music theory, ear training, and performance skills, making each lesson a well-rounded experience. My ability to connect with students, adapt to their learning styles, and inspire them to reach their full potential sets me apart as a tutor. Whether you’re a beginner or an advanced player, I am dedicated to helping you grow and love the music you create.

Alongside Violin, I can also teach music theory, ear training, and other instruments like Viola, Cello, and Erhu, integrating these subjects to provide a holistic musical education.
