About Ethem
I hold a Ph.D. in Economics and have over ten years of experience teaching and tutoring at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, as well as mentoring students individually. My goal is to create an encouraging and supportive learning environment where students can develop the skills and confidence to solve problems independently and achieve their academic goals.

My lessons are suitable for undergraduate students tackling core microeconomics/game theory/quantitative methods subjects, and postgraduate students needing support with advanced microeconomic theory or game theory.
A typical lesson runs for 60 minutes, though I am happy to adjust the length and pace to suit individual learning needs. Lessons are aimed at university students aged 18 and older.
I use a structured, step-by-step approach: first breaking down complex concepts into simple, intuitive ideas, then reinforcing them with examples, practice problems, and discussion. I adapt my teaching style to each student’s learning needs, whether they prefer explanations, problem-solving, or theoretical discussion.
Please note that for academic integrity reasons, while I am happy to guide students through practice problems and explain key concepts, I do not complete homework or assignments on their behalf. Instead, my goal is to help students develop the skills and confidence to solve problems independently.
