About Ana Teresa
I started doing Yoga at the age of 17 out of sheer curiosity, but since the beginning I have been totally in love and delighted with the practice. me, making part of the daily routine.
Yoga helped her in difficult times, giving her strength, courage and determination.
That's when I realized all the transforming potential of yoga, as a form of self-knowledge, and decided to do Hatha Yoga Instructor training.
I finished the technical level, with a total of 217 hours.
I've had the opportunity to practice in different countries that are a reference in Yoga, such as Bali and India.
Since 2016 I teach in different centers for the practice, as well as individual classes . And it was in 2017 that I decided to dedicate myself completely to studying, practicing and teaching yoga classes.
