9.30-10.30am
5.30-6.30pm
*A combination of Hatha and Vinyasa.
*Each session is of 60-minutes, 4 times a week.
*Structure: Prayer+Kriyas+Asanas+Shavasana+Pranayama+Closing Prayer
*For healthy beginners and practitioners age 18 and above.
* One session a week focused only on deep relaxation.
