About Randi
I am a certified meditation and yoga teacher with 275 hours of training in yin, vinyasa, meditation, and pain relief. I have taught many students, mostly on an individual basis. Having experienced depression, SAD, anxiety, and even suicidal thoughts myself, I have been able to bring students out of their shadows and into self-love. Incorporating pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, and yoga asanas into practices is my specialty, but will work with your needs!

I teach yoga students of all levels because I find it important to make this beautiful art accessible. Every person can benefit from yoga and meditation. My approach to teaching is through choice and offering many variations and modifications to students. Rather than just working in yoga to stretch the body, I bring in meditative elements to work out the hardest of muscles: brains and hearts.
