About Rebekah
Available for online sessions or in-person sessions, small groups and retreats. Equine guided sessions on request at your facility or locations around the Fylde Coast. This work is developed at a bespoke pace to help you on your path. Mia Cara Coaching was developed after my own experiences with PTSD, and I specialised in working in this area, collaborating with other professionals in coaching, wellness and psychotherapy to deliver packages to suit the client. Compassion and connection are at the heart of what we do.

Trained in the practice of Yoga for over 20 years, with a foundation of meditation training in the Himalayas. A qualified Anatomist and Anthrozoology researcher with a background in surgical medical technology, now I also practise as an equine-guided trauma-supported coach. Here to help guide you on your journey to connection, healing and growth. Lessons are held in nature, at various locations around the Fylde Coast, and with Animal Assistance such as Equines and Dogs, studio and online classes also available.

Rebekah is an excellent yoga tutor. She makes everyone feel welcome and confident. I can take a lot home from her lessons and apply them to working with horses too. She’s always supportive and caters her classes to each individuals needs.
I love coming to Rebekah’s classes. She takes the time to understand how you’re feeling each week and what your goals are, which helps when setting intentions at the start of each class. She is encouraging and is able to create a positive space to practise in.

Online one to one sessions Yoga - 35 ( Contact to discuss requirements ) In person one to one £50 ph plus travel , Equine Guided Coaching, Equusoma based sessions £75 ( 1 hr 10 min plus travel when necessary. On site Equiflow sessions for groups £10 pp min 5 people plus travel.
