About Paulina
I have been teaching yoga for a year and a half and I have a 200 hour yoga certification through Yoga Alliance.
I did my yoga certification in a small studio (The Yoga Factory) in Dallas, TX and it has been one of the best experiences of my life. I started teaching in that studio.
Yoga for me represents a lifestyle and I love to connect with others through this practice.
Giving yourself an hour of the day is one of the best things you can do to take care of yourself.

I have studied Baptiste Yoga, a type of yoga that I have come to realize is not very well known here. Poses, meditation and introspection are integrated in each class I teach.
It is a type of dynamic yoga that normally lasts an hour and that has a specific series of postures that make your body integrate at first, then work out, and at the end you can enjoy relaxation. During the class we focus on breathing that helps us stay in the present moment.
I also teach yoga classes where I focus more on relaxation.
It all depends on what each person or group wants.
