About Megan
Megan began her yoga practice a decade ago in North Carolina, and it made such a huge impact on her life - she knew someday she would complete her YTT. After completing her YTT at Yoga Haven in London, UK in the beginning of 2025, she has enjoyed teaching in the US, UK, GR, and MUR, and has been teaching dance since 2016 as well so leading movers is a huge part of her life. Originally from the US, Megan completed her BA Hons in Contemporary Dance in the UK in 2023, and has been freelancing in London for the past few years. Now, she lives in Mauritius, teaching dance, barre au sol, and yoga, and runs a podcast called Conversations for the Moving Self.

Megan will lead you through a yoga class, combining asana (physical practice), pranayama (breath practice), and other elements. As a professional dancer, Megan has a lot of experience with the body and likes to find flow through her practice, but equally loves a good gentle or restorative class herself. Depending on your needs, we can focus on specific body parts, chakras, koshas, whatever you are looking for... Megan likes to combine her asana classes with some spirituality or an anatomical lens. Happy to work with any level - from first yoga class ever, to experienced yogis or movers.
