About Jahninii
Namaste! I’m a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor with 200 hours of professional yoga teacher training and a certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor with an additional 100 hours of specialized training.
I have been practicing yoga for 5 years and teaching for 3 years. I particularly enjoy working with beginners, women and expecting mothers, and I believe that yoga is not about being flexible or achieving perfect poses — it is about connecting with your body, breath and inner self.
My teaching style is gentle, mindful and personalized. I create a warm and supportive environment where you can practice at your own pace, whether your intention is to improve flexibility and strength, reduce stress, connect more deeply with yourself, or simply create some peaceful time for you.
I also believe that yoga goes beyond the physical practice. After our sessions, I’m happy to spend a little time in conversation if you feel the need to talk or share what is on your mind. I aim to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, comfortable and supported.
I teach in English and offer personalized online sessions. Whether you are completely new to yoga, looking to deepen your practice, or seeking gentle and mindful support during pregnancy, you are warmly welcome.
