About Preksha
I hold an M.A. in Yoga and Science of Living from JVBI. Using somatic exercises, I successfully healed my own chronic hormonal imbalances and stress. Now, I help you safely release trauma, regulate your nervous system, and exit flight-or-fight mode.

This trauma-informed somatic class uses gentle movements, Anulom Vilom pranayam, and Kayotsarga to reset your nervous system. You will learn to safely discharge stored stress, balance your hormones, release physical tension, and effectively switch your body out of flight-or-fight mode.
