When I guide a class it is for the benefit of those present. I sense intuitively or through small discussion what the physical, emotional and mental needs may be at that particular time.
I like to begin with meditation and an intention setting so there is something to focus our energy toward creating.

Marcia is a very grounding and wise soul. Through her yoga and healing sessions feel comfortable to embrace your balance, inner light and the courage to embark your own journey.
Marcia is simply amazing!! Her teaching style is gentle and friendly. I have several health issues and Marcia has always taken these into consideration, and given me an alternative if needed. I feel so at peace in Marcias company and feel amazing after each practice. I would recommend her teachings to everyone without any hesitation at all
