About Shubham
Hello. I am Shubham. A yoga instructor and therapist who is very enthusiastic about learning new things in the field of yoga. I can give you the right motivation and techniques to move forward in achieving postures. Looking forward to teaching people from all walks of life. I've included proper relaxation in my classes so that the body can cope. Also I use some special techniques such as cyclic MEDITATION, MSRT, PET, etc. sessions which give body and mind a proper relaxation and connection. I've been teaching for 2 years. From teaching yoga to beginner to advanced level to treating people for specific diseases I've gained experience. Consistency is the key to achieve the goals. Be consistent, work hard with me, and be healthy with me.

My teaching mantra is "making learning fun". I use easygoing methodology and creative techniques in my classes. Online classes are also provided. I also practice advanced yoga postures and can help you achieve the flexibility and strength you want. Classes for kids are also provided. Also I can take classes for therapy sessions which include prevention and curing diseases like diabetes, PCOD, PCOS, knee pain, back pain, any kind of respiratory problems such as asthma, epilepsy, etc., classes for arthritis, obesity, thyroid and so on.....are also available. From beginner to advanced level classes are available. One on one classes are available for better results. Consistency is the key. To achieve one's goal. Practice with me, be consistent, and have patience you'll get the results. I can help you with the strength asanas as forearm stand i.e. pinchamayurasana and flexibility asanas as Purnabhujanga etc. I can help you with splits as well.
