About Sharon
Coming from a stressful rat-race working environment has taught me to take time off to be in touch with my inner sensitive self. When I first experienced yoga class many years back, I discovered the simplicity of breath and movement was healing and beautiful. It has lead me to explore and embark on this journey of my devotion to Yoga practice =)
I have been teaching for more than 8 years and practiced for more than 15 years. I have conducted classes for private, group and corporate companies and assisted in workshops. I was trained in Hatha Yoga & Aerial Yoga, yet always exploring in different types of meditative movement to improve and enhance my teaching and for self practice.

60-75 mins of clear, engaging and intuitive class. All ages are welcome (like the saying, yoga is for everyone!). Classes are beginner friendly to intermediate levels.
The lessons consist (not limited to) meditative movements of asanas (postures), breathing techniques and ends with a serenading shavasana, yoga Nidra. I encourage self-study and exploration in student's practice.
Students have discovered strengths & flexibility improvement and deeper understanding of self from the long-term practice on and off the mat.
