About Alexis
I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training with Noah Mazé and Rocky Heron through Yoga International. I have a deep understanding of anatomy, meditation and movement. I've been teaching at Fuller Yoga in Glastonbury, CT and have been teaching private lessons on zoom this year. I have a bachelor's degree in musical theater and have worked in New York City as an actress, dancer and singer for 6 years. While working in musical theater I have worked at Pure Barre and various yoga studios for the past 5 years.

I love to have fun exploring movement and the different wonderful things that our bodies can do and leading others to explore their bodies in a creative way. I teach vinyasa flow classes of all levels. I always have a goal for my classes, whether that is mental, emotional or physical growth. I lead with the breath and encourage my students to challenge themselves, but also remain present and listen to their bodies. In a world that is constantly changing we all deserve to come to our mat, appreciate our bodies and minds and all that we have overcome.
