About Bianca
Hi there!! This is Bianca, Argentinian living in Australia for over 4 years.
I’m a Passionate Yoga Instructor with advance training in Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.
I started my yoga journey over 8 years ago. At the beginning I was doing it just for my physical body, until I realised that a lot more than that was involved. In yoga I found healing, inner peace, tranquillity and balance.
I decided to do my first Teacher Training a few years ago, in Australia. I wanted to be able to spread the yogic wisdom with the world. It was a life changing experience.
I travelled to India later on, to keep learning and deepen my personal practice. I met my main Teacher, he imparts yoga in a super traditional way that I haven’t experienced before, with a strong focus in the philosophy, use of the props and the idea that yoga should be for everybody, and really motivated me to teach.
I gained experience teaching private and community classes to a different range of ages and physical conditions. I also worked in a yoga studio in my homeland.
My aim is to share the original yogic wisdom that goes beyond the physical benefits, providing a holistic system of health, mental well-being and spiritual connection.
I’m experienced in creating and implementing innovate and fun class plans, working with practitioners with different physical needs, desires and goals.

Yoga instructor specialised in Hatha and Vinyasa.
I can create powerful classes, challenging the practitioners with strong and fun sequences, or slower and chill flows. Always remaining sensitive to the student’s individual needs and goals, adapting the asanas to each person and embracing each student’s search for personal growth.
In my classes you will find a combination of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises) and meditation techniques.
I’ll provide the right techniques to practice a safe activity, focusing on body mechanics, creating a foundation of body awareness and safety.
I truly believe that yoga has to be shared as a holistic system of health that goes beyond the mat, creating an environment where students can feel supported, encouraged and safe. Always trying to communicate the Philosophy of Yoga as a lifestyle, from my own experience.
I believe that yoga should be for everybody, no matter how flexible or old you are.
And also, making it fun!!
