About Mariana
I grew up watching my mother practice yoga. I love teaching yoga because I love to help people. I teach gentle yoga, prenatal, yoga for rehabilitation, classic Hatha, restorative, and much more. I spent several years teaching in every studio in Houston. I taught an after school program at an HISD Magnet school. I currently teach yoga to kids at a private school, and private lessons. I have had my private clients for more than 4 years, consistently. References upon request.

I believe that yoga is for everyone. I tailor sequencing to the student or students. My main aim is for my students to feel great after they finish their practice, whether they want to relax, sweat, stretch, breathe and/ or rehab an acute or chronic injury.
