About Diana
I am a Portuguese ballet and contemporary dance teacher, and I have been dancing all my life. My husband and I moved from Portugal in 2014, and we welcomed our twin daughters in 2015 while living in Chile. In 2017, we moved to Panama, where I began my journey into yoga and Pilates. I was looking for a more respectful way to move my body and to bring more calm and focus into my life.
In 2017, we moved to Switzerland, where I continued to practice. Finally, in 2024, we moved to Texas, USA, where I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and began teaching yoga.
Throughout all these years of moving around the world, I continued teaching my art, connecting with people, and learning new languages. I realized that, for the mind to be calm, our body needs to move consciously with the breath, and that for our body to be healthy, it should be connected with the mind.
This is what I hope to bring to my classes: a mindful approach to movement, where breath, body, and mind come together.

Move, Breathe & Connect
My yoga classes combine mindful movement, breath, alignment, and strength to create a practice that feels both energizing and grounding. I guide students through clear, accessible sequences, offering modifications and different levels of challenge so everyone can work at their own pace.
With my background in yoga, Pilates, and ballet, I bring a strong understanding of movement, posture, balance, and body awareness to my teaching. What sets my classes apart is my focus on helping each student feel more connected, confident, and comfortable in their own body.
My classes are suitable for beginners through intermediate students and for anyone looking to improve flexibility, strength, balance, mobility, and overall well-being. Whether you are new to yoga or looking to deepen your existing practice, you are welcome to move with me.
