Yoga is a human technology. It's the science of consciousness. Through yoga practice, a person knows his body and mind better. About the lesson

Yoga is just not about physical fitness but also mental fitness. Therefore my classes include yoga asanas, pranayamas, meditation and also certain activities to increase focus and concentration. My teaching starts with prayer, whole body warm-up, Surya namaskaras, asanas, pranayama & yoga nidra. This flow is for fitness session. The class flow will change depending on attendees' age groups and also health issues. I have taught yoga to corporates, working individuals, elderly people and people with specific medical conditions.

Perfect! Radhey is the best yoga teacher one can have. He cares a lot about his students, always makes himself available for a class and is super flexible with scheduling. He is very responsive and never takes a day off. He designs sessions based on skill level and modifies exercises for you. I would highly highly recommend him to anyone - his communication skills are excellent (both in Hindi and English) and I say this as a busy professional who works in the US. Also, he is a badminton coach and gym trainer too and brings those skill sets when designing exercises for you.

Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?
My name is Radhe Bishnoi, my sports background is. I have been a professional badminton player. I was interested in yoga since childhood, I felt like doing yoga that stretched the body and did not take the breath away. Later in sports, we also started doing yoga, meditation, stretching poses etc. After studying sports, I attended yoga classes in college or learned yoga well, later I chose it as a profession.
What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?
Swami Ramdev ji is behind my education. Seeing them, I started teaching yoga to people in groups. I saw that many people liked Ramdev ji's yoga.
How does your work help society?
My work is to improve the society by curing people's diseases and health. Yoga teaches people the right way to live
If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?
My role model is Swami Ramdev ji, who has told people how to live and how to maintain good health through yoga
Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.
Apart from yoga, I am a badminton coach and like to play cricket, volleyball etc.
Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?
I have a student who is 82 years old and does yoga with so much enthusiasm. Even at this age, I am so excited, I feel good doing yoga. This is the first sugar which will now be normal.
