About Lilasufi
My name is Lila, and I am the founder of Lilasufi Sanctuary, where I share my passion for wellbeing, yoga, meditation, breathwork and mindfulness.
I am a wellbeing practitioner with a background in mental health counselling, yoga and meditation, as well as a PhD background in engineering. My unique background allows me to bring together a thoughtful, holistic approach to wellbeing, combining knowledge, self-awareness and practical techniques.
My aim is to create a safe, supportive and calming space where you can slow down, reduce stress, reconnect with yourself and support your overall wellbeing. Depending on your individual needs, sessions may include yoga, meditation, breathwork, mindfulness and gentle movement.
I welcome people of all levels and ages, whether you are completely new to these practices or looking to make wellbeing a more regular part of your life. My goal is to help you feel more confident, calm, balanced and connected to yourself.

My techniques and teaching methodology
I take a personalised and supportive approach, combining yoga, gentle movement, breath awareness, meditation and mindfulness practices. My sessions are adapted to individual needs and goals, whether you are looking to reduce stress, improve body awareness, build strength or flexibility, or simply create more calm and balance in your life.
Typical length of a lesson
Sessions are usually 45–60 minutes, but can be shorter, around 30 minutes, or longer, up to 90 minutes, depending on individual needs and preferences.
My qualifications and experience
I am a certified yoga and meditation instructor with a background in mindfulness and wellbeing practices. I also have experience in mentoring and supporting individuals, with a particular interest in promoting wellbeing, self-awareness and healthy lifestyle practices.
Who are my lessons for?
My sessions are suitable for adults of all levels, from complete beginners to those with previous experience. I welcome people of different ages and abilities and can adapt sessions for individuals, small groups or workplace settings.
