About Edna
After spending six years in Scotland studying events and finances, I decided it was time to stop listening to everyone and turn up the volume in my own voice. That is how I decided to quit my job as an accountant to fully devote myself to my personal and professional journey in the world of yoga. A few months after completing my training at Asthanga in Barcelona, I took a flight to India to continue my studies and fully enter yoga. I was so in love that I was very clear that I could not go back to working on something other than teaching, so I took my bags to teach in Morocco. I'm very excited to continue sharing yoga at home.

The class starts with pranayama to help you focus on the here and now. The class will progress gradually according to your experience and fitness level to allow your body to warm up safely and effectively. During the class (and with your prior consent), you will receive subtle body adjustments to practice more safely and with more confidence, pushing your limits and enjoying your body.
Finally, the relaxation and subsequent meditation achieved through the physical and mental effort will close with a few minutes of silence. During these minutes, I will always encourage you to feel, listen and reflect, creating a safe and comfortable space to let yourself go.
Every day is a whole new world, so we understand that the practice of yoga is not a straight line. The practice is not based on a list of randomly listed asanas, but on the evolution of your body and mind. We are all human and we have to respect ourselves while continuing to move forward.

Es una gran professora, se preocupa de todos los alumnos por igual y tiene las capacidades para saber que necessita cada tipo de alumno. Muy dedicada y professional. Con ella sientes la verdadera essencia del yoga y con cada classe acabas relajado y en paz. Muy recomendable.
Edna ha sido una profe de yoga excelente, incluso para quienes no tenemos ni idea y somos completos principantes! Clases con una atmósfera genial, donde se encarga de corregir las posiciones sin forzarlas. Súper recomendable :)
Edna es una excelente profesora de yoga. He disfrutado varias veces de sus clases y ofrece una gran cualidad para iniciarse en este mundo como para avanzar técnicamente.
