About Poppy
Hi I’m 29, Yorkshire girl travelled the world. I’ve been a qualified yoga instructor since covid qualifying with Himalaya Yoga Valley Yoga Alliance and previously graduated in Dance at Leeds Beckett University and want to teach others the love yoga can bring to your personal life as it has me for many occasions. I focus on better alignment, fitness, child yoga, prenatal pregnancy, sports injuries, mental health and other personal reasons. After cruising the world the past 5 years I’ve been teaching international guests on their holidays and made great personal relationship so my understanding of people and their goals have only improved me as an instructor for anyone I come across. A more personal approach means that your discipline and motivation for your personal goals in yoga and nutritional diet for any profession from a laptop homeworker to a dancer or sports player is more direct and gets the focus completed. By having someone to lead and direct you and help you I find is more effective than community classes. The relationship with me will benefit you in more ways understanding your goals of health, mind, fitness and positively direct it towards your goals. We will have a laugh, focus on key areas of your goals and get the most out of the time and efforts created to achieve a more successful happier you.
