About Victória Catarina
I grew up in a yoga school, daughter of a yoga master, this philosophy runs through my veins! Today as a yoga teacher, I see the benefits that yoga has already provided me and the people around me. With that I feel in my heart that I must teach the next why yoga IS SO GOOD! If you count, I've been practicing for over 20 years! With lightness and my cheerful personality I teach you in a very light way and you will surely feel a difference after each class!

Light, uncomplicated and relaxed classes! You will learn breathing, stretching, focusing and concentration techniques, yoga positions, living a healthier life, and you will experience 1 hour of your day of total relaxation and disconnection from the rushed life! Even thought to being a dynamic class, I will teach you in a way that you can apply yoga techniques in your daily life! No matter your age, if you breathe this class is for you! And at the end of the practice you will relax like never before in a session of Shavásana (relaxation lying down).
