About Amy
I love working with students on their individual challenges and seeing their confidence and ability develop. My lessons are typically between 50 minutes and an hour, and I would tailor them to your requirements. My classes are most suitable for beginners/intermediates over the age of 18. I have practised yoga for many years and I have been a teacher for a year.
