About Jennily
I am 35 years old originally from San Jose, CA and currently live in New York City. I have 14 years of experience teaching and training others.
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Dance from the University of Washington and earned certifications as an Integrative Health Practitioner and a 200HR Certified Yoga Teacher ( Hatha & Vinyasa Styles).

Each session is client-centered and personalized, focusing on your personal health and wellness goals. My coaching and teaching style is warm, friendly, with a dash of humor. My goal is to help clients feel heard and to help them feel calmer, balanced and healed.
I have previously worked as a dancer with Disney Cruise Line, a children's fitness coach, and an elementary school teacher.
I especially relate to millenials, those with an anxious preoccupied attachment style, highly sensitive persons and Asian Americans.
