About Willi

I am a yoga teacher from Indonesia, graduated from Top 10 Yoga School in the World - ZazYoga, offering both 1-on-1 classes and group classes for Vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, chair yoga and yoga nidra. I can teach both in Indonesia language (Bahasa) and/or English.

About the lesson

My yoga style is Vinyasa, however, depends on the level of practice of the students, I also teach Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. My approach is focus to the alignment for safe practice and my mission is to make yoga accessible to everyone. So, even though you think you are not flexible, you are not strong to practice yoga, come and practice with me, I would offer yoga pose modifications to make the poses accessible for you.
