About Adelina
Technician at Apple for six years and Graphic Designer, I decided to go on a sabbatical journey : in Japan to study lacquerwear with a great master, in Bali to become a Yoga teacher, in India to meditate (Vipassana) and finnally to Italy to teach and learn again.

Through curiosity, kindness and a deep listening, I will bring you towards a new “meeting” with yourself. Together we'll bring full presence to each movement and understand the basic structures in order to adapt them to our present moment.
My method is influenced from Gerard Arnaud, Yogi Trupta, Meghan Currie, Lorenzo Nocentini and... many others.
