I am a psychologist specializing in corporal psychology, I am very interested in body awareness and well-being. I have been practicing yoga for about four years. La recomiendo mucho!He tomado clases con Laura y me encantan. Siempre pone una intención a trabajar en la clase tanto dentro como fuera del mat, normalmente las clases son en lugares abiertos y naturales y eso las hace también muy especiales.
