About Morgan
I discovered Hindu spirituality (Sanatha Dharma) with Jnana yoga (Arnaud Desjardins) then with Bhakti yoga (Mata Amritanandamayi) which simply and naturally entered my life to impact it positively and permanently. The practice of Hatha Yoga then quickly came to complete and enrich my journey from the beginning of the 2000s. Graduated from the AYM Yoga School in Rishikesh in India (School recognized by Yoga Alliance), I have been teaching yoga for 5 years after the have practiced for many years. I continue my training by doing regular internships with teachers such as Christian Pisano, Usha devi, Surinder singh. The regular practice of Yoga brings many benefits, both physical and mental. It is this wonderful practice and its benefits that I want to share with you. I offer private and group lessons in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

I teach Hatha-Yoga, meditation and relaxation. I am a diligent practitioner of the discipline of yoga. I practiced yoga on a regular basis for 6 years at Sivananda centers in France and India. For 4 years, my personal practice has focused on Iyengar Yoga. My teaching pays a lot of attention to anatomy and alignments. I am an attentive teacher, listening to my students and clients. We take the time together to define your goals during our first meeting. I adapt to all levels and everyone is welcome. My goal is to offer you a practice adapted to your needs and very progressive which will help improve your joint mobility, your physical health, your well-being and will help reduce your stress. Far from being only a discipline of physical practice, yoga is a rich and complete discipline integrating many components such as prayers, chanting (Bhajans), meditation and philosophy.

Attentif, bienveillant, à l'écoute : Morgan est un excellent professeur. Très pédagogue il m'a fait progresser rapidement et en douceur.
Il prend son temps pour vous expliquer les mouvements et les principes de respiration.
