The classes will go from :
*beginner - intermediate - advanced*
1. Beginner - Basics warmups , stretching , (positions) , Asana (step by step with detailed explanation) and introduction to Yoga
2. Intermediate - Perfection to all the beginners workouts, Asana with doubled the exercise . Adding new variations ,flows, Pranayama ,and more about dynamic and inverted postures.
3. Advanced - Working hard on each thing what we have learned and also and challenging our own will power, strength with some more meditation and relaxation practices
4. No limit - there is no end to the number of things we can learn. As much you spread your knowledge more you gain it.
