About Mukesh
I am Yogacharya Mukesh Gaur, a dedicated Yoga Teacher with 10+ years of experience in teaching yoga and wellness practices.
My teaching is rooted in Traditional Hatha Yoga and Medical/Therapeutic Yoga practices, with a focus on Pranayama, relaxation, mobility, flexibility, stress management, and overall well-being.
I believe yoga should be simple, practical, and accessible to everyone. I guide students according to their individual needs, abilities, and comfort level.
I offer online group classes and personalized one-to-one sessions for beginners, regular practitioners, and senior citizens.
My approach combines traditional yoga practices with therapeutic techniques to support better mobility, relaxation, body awareness, and healthy daily movement.
My goal is to help students develop a safe, consistent, and sustainable yoga practice for improved overall wellness.

My teaching style is traditional, mindful, supportive, and personalised.
I combine Traditional Hatha Yoga with Medical/Therapeutic Yoga practices, Pranayama, relaxation techniques, mobility exercises, and mindful movement.
I focus on proper posture, breathing, alignment, body awareness, and gradual progression. Sessions are adapted according to the student's level, individual needs, and comfort.
For students seeking therapeutic support, I use appropriate yoga-based practices while keeping safety and individual limitations in mind.
My aim is to make every session simple, practical, safe, and easy to follow, helping students build confidence and consistency in their yoga practice.
