About Evgeniya
After spending a decade touring and performing ballet on stages across the globe, I discovered the benefits of yoga and experienced a significant improvement in my ballet practice. This realization inspired me to pursue a RYT200 Yoga Instructor certification, with the aim of sharing the wisdom of yoga and positively impacting the lives of others, just as it did mine. Yoga is much more than just physical exercise; it encompasses mental wellness, lifestyle choices, and a personal path. It can serve as a starting point for your spiritual journey, helping you connect with your inner self. As a guide, I am always available to assist you in your journey.

Teaching yoga is my passion, and I absolutely love Vinyasa Flow. It's a yoga style that connects your breath with fluid movements, almost like a dance. We'll move through a sequence of different yoga poses (Asanas) that flow seamlessly together. It's all about controlling your breath, which guides the timing and coordination of each movement. And as a former ballet dancer, I love adding music and rhythm to my Yoga Flows. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, I'm here to guide you through your practice and help you achieve your goals. Let's flow together!

I offer classes at The Centre of Dance in Bulimba, a well-equipped studio with ballet barres, mirrors, and professional flooring. In addition to my hourly rate, there's a $20 fee for studio usage, ensuring you access high-quality facilities for an enhanced learning experience.
