  • 1. Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

    My interest in fitness started with my own journey. I have always been involved in sports and working out, but as I learned more about strength training, nutrition, and movement mechanics, I realized how powerful fitness is in transforming lives. Seeing the physical and mental benefits firsthand made me passionate about helping others achieve their goals. Over time, I developed a deep understanding of training principles and wanted to share that knowledge with others, guiding them to healthier lifestyles.
  • 2. What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

    I believe fitness is not just about aesthetics; it's about improving overall health, confidence, and mindset. My motivation comes from seeing people unlock their potential-whether it's someone overcoming injuries, gaining strength, or simply feeling better in their daily life. Helping people push their limits and seeing their transformation is incredibly rewarding. I've also been inspired by trainers who have changed lives through their knowledge and support, which drives me to do the same.
  • 3. How does your work help society?

    A healthier society starts with individuals making better lifestyle choices. Through personal training, I help people prevent lifestyle-related diseases, build physical and mental resilience, and improve their overall well-being. Fitness training not only helps with physical health but also boosts mental clarity, confidence, and discipline, which positively affects all aspects of life. By guiding clients toward sustainable fitness habits, I contribute to creating a stronger and healthier community.
  • 4. If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

    I look up to athletes like Chris Bumstead and Virat Kohli for their dedication, discipline, and commitment to fitness. Chris Bumstead's approach to bodybuilding is inspiring-not just because of his physique, but because of his mindset, work ethic, and focus on longevity in the sport. Virat Kohli, on the other hand, transformed himself into one of the fittest athletes in cricket, proving how fitness can enhance performance in any field. Their consistency, discipline, and ability to push past their limits motivate me to keep improving as a trainer and help my clients adopt the same mindset.
  • 5. Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

    Outside of personal training, I enjoy playing sports, reading books, and constantly learning more about fitness, biomechanics, and psychology. I also love working out at the gym, experimenting with different training techniques, and refining my own fitness journey. In my free time, I like reading about self-improvement, history, and science to expand my knowledge beyond fitness.
  • 6. Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

    One of my most rewarding experiences as a trainer was helping a client who struggled with weight gain and low self-confidence. He was hesitant to start but committed to the process. Over a few months, he not only lost weight but also became stronger and more confident. The moment he told me that he felt like a new person-both physically and mentally-was a reminder of why I do this. It's not just about lifting weights; it's about lifting people up and helping them believe in themselves.
