About Nathanael
I am a young, enthusiastic cellist studying Natural Sciences at the University of Cambridge, but hold the prestigious Instrumental Award on the cello and am passionate about teaching. Having passed through the ABRSM Examinations (Grade 8, 2015, Distinction: 142/150) and with the exceptionally wide variety of experience that being a Cambridge musician provides, I am well-suited to teach any student regardless of standard.

At the forefront of my teaching style is to help my pupils to fall in love with playing the cello. Therefore, I find it important to teach to the students' preferences and am equally happy to work with them towards grade examinations or otherwise. I aim to establish a solid technical basis from the very beginning, complementing this with a range of repertoire which is tailored to each student.
