I am a corporate trainer, mentor and coach - specialising in Leadership Development, People skills, User & Customer Experience, Project & Change Management and Communications improvement.
Over my career - I've acquired experience across multiple industries, which taught me to value different skills people have, appreciate that each person delivers in their own unique way and, to value the benefits a diverse and inclusive environment can have on someones ability to GROW.
My professional view has always been to - Teach someone to fish and not to fish for them' . My quote that I try to live by -

Having worked with clients such as Oxford University, Google, The Foreign & Commonwealth Office, Credit Suisse and many more - I've successfully helped individuals improve their confidence, better their ability to speak well, grow their own self awareness and master their instrinct to be aurthentically themselves.
We will work together on achieving your goals, and each session we will have a focus for your self development.
Your first session, we will set boundries and rules that you have for your development along with goals that you want to turn into reality. I will help you set out a plan of action and we will work with the time you have available.
