About Edwina
Edwina has spent almost a decade studying modern and traditional Yoga. For her Yoga is both a systematic scientific process of self un-foldment as well as being an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for her body, mind and spirit. She uses her daily practise as both a curative and preventative medicine for modern life’s ups and downs, as well as a way of creating disciple and conscious process to solve every day problems.

Edwina has spent almost a decade studying modern and traditional Yoga. For her Yoga is both a systematic scientific process of self un-foldment as well as being an ancient art based on a harmonizing system of development for her body, mind and spirit. She uses her daily practise as both a curative and preventative medicine for modern life’s ups and downs, as well as a way of creating disciple and conscious process to solve every day problems.
Edwina has studied with meditation masters and yoga teachers all over the world, with over 500 HR in formalised training, most notably from Yogacharya Santhosh Kumar in Mysore India. Her classes evoke what it means to connect the physical and energetic systems of the body and will lead you on an exciting journey into your own innate goodness, balance and being-ness. She infuses traditional yoga practices with music, mediation and some fun and play thrown in for good measure.

Edwina speaks both English and German and is available before and after structured weekly working hours and also on weekends.
Specific guidance is available in Yoga Therapy, Pre-Natal & Post-Natal Yoga, Mudra Yoga, Pranayama & Meditation, Ashtanga, Shat Kriya & Detoxification, Iyengar, Kids Yoga and general Ayurvedic practices.
