I’m Patrick, founder of AboveBoxing Training – a REPs-registered exercise professional with over 15 years of experience helping people get stronger, drop body fat, and feel fitter and more confident in their everyday life. I create personalised workout plans that target your problem areas, helping you reduce stubborn belly fat, build a strong core, and tone your body with training that’s simple, effective, and sustainable. My goal is to help you move better, feel energised, and finally be proud of the body you see in the mirror.
