I am fitness instructor with a long experience of more than 4 years. I am an expert in weight loss, I have personal online workouts and weight loss marathons.
Candidate Master of Sports in Aerobic Gymnastics
I have a lot of passion in fitness and my job. My mission is to help other people be fit, happy, and have a good health. I have an excellent communication skills with my clients.
In 2020 all my clients have lose 800 kg. My main principle is that losing weight should be with pleasure, without hunger and inhibitions. I will teach you how to eat right so that the weight does not return.

If u like to start individual coaching session to lose weight, get fit, to gain more muscle - I will glad to help you achieve this goal. We will work in zoom or Skype, where I can see you and correct your technique.
In 2020 year all my clients together lose 800kg without hunger, but with good and tasty nutrition and effective workout.
In my classes I use:

- stretching - depends on your goal.
During our session I will also be work with your nutrition.
