About Zoya
Hi, I’m Zoya. I’ve been practicing yoga for about 6–7 years and recently completed my 200-hour certification. I also work a regular 9–5, so I understand how tiring daily life can feel. Yoga became my personal reset after long days a way to relax, stretch, and clear my mind.
That’s why my teaching style is simple and practical — not intense or intimidating — just helping you unwind, breathe, and feel better in your body.

Each session is slow, gentle, and easy to follow. We begin with warm-ups, move into simple stretches and light strengthening, practice breathing techniques, and finish with relaxation. I always give beginner options so you never feel pressured.
The classes are especially helpful if you’re dealing with stiffness, stress, long sitting hours, low energy, or hormonal concerns like PCOS or thyroid imbalance. The focus is on improving mobility, circulation, and calming the nervous system so your body feels balanced and refreshed after class.
