About Prachi
I have learned Bharatnatyam and am a professional belly dancer. I believe dancing is the best form of enjoyable exercise and Zumba is something that can club any dance form style. I create choreography based on your body type. I also recommend the diet to be followed. This workout is recommended for those who want to lose weight, increase stamina, basically for those who want to keep themselves fit and healthy.

According to me you dance freely and happily if you know the songs, hence in my class you will be telling me which songs you like and I will be preparing zumba routine on that. Trust me it can be anything For e.g. Garba, Ghumar, Bollywood freestyle, Hollywood songs, just anything which you like or imagine to be dancing on.
My session will start with 10 mins of pre-stretching followed by 25 mins of Zumba and aerobics workout and 5 mins of post-workout stretching.

I have taken zumba classes from her. The most important thing is that she will make you feel comfortable. she will make sure you enjoy the one hour of the session fully. My weight has reduced from 70 to 65 in 1.5 months since she suggests diet also along with the zumba session.She is very friendly and have good communication skills. She has good command over maths and computer languages. I strongly recommend her as she has taught these subjects before and students have excelled in those.
She manages to keep the course engaging and simplifies complex concepts with ease. Is approachable and will not rest until all your doubts are resolved.
