About Sreeya
I teach cinematic dance, Zumba, and yoga classes to help people get fit With an academic background in M.Com and Accounts, and a postgraduate degree M.Sc in Yoga and Geriatric Counseling, I bring years of experience as a school yoga teacher and wellness coach.

Class Structure :
1 Hour Session
1. Warm-Up: 10 mins
2. Zumba Workout: 30 mins
High-energy dance cardio with cinematic + Bollywood music.
3. Cardio + Toning: 15 mins
Targeted movements to sculpt core, arms, and legs. Focus on fat burn, stamina, and body toning.
4. Cool-Down + Yoga: 5 mins
Breathing, flexibility stretches, and relaxation to recover and center the mind.

I loved the Zumba classes with Sreeya... Its so much fun and also super relaxing. She mixes in warm-up exercises and a bit of yoga, and that last 5 minutes of relaxation is the best relief ever. I am so happy and still continuing the classes.
